As you celebrate your 53rd Anniversary on March 6-7, 2025, with the theme, โ€œBuilding on 53 Years: A Journey of Resilience and Vision,โ€ the Tabuk City National High School (TCNHS) reflects on its incredible journey. Your unwavering commitment to overcome challenges and envision a brighter future has been your strength.

TCNHS and Kalinga State University-Dagupan Campus are closely related by proximity, friendship, and history. TCNHS, formerly known as Kalinga Apayao Provincial High School, was under the leadership of Mr. Augusto S. Alejandrino as district supervisor until its nationalization in June 1973. Meanwhile, KSU has a proud history began with DECS Order No. 12, s. 1971, establishing the Kalinga Community College. On April 16, 1974, the Municipal Council of Tabuk passed Resolution No. 608, granting the Kalinga Community College of Trade and Industries the authority to build its facilities on Lot No. 1461, Pls-93, or the Municipal Plaza Reservation. This authorization remains in effect to support the advancement of education. With his impressive multitasking abilities, Mr. Alejandrino also played a crucial role as the first administrator of KASC until 1993.

As your long-time neighbor, partner, and friend, KSU-Dagupan Campus shares in your purpose of advocating quality education. Together, we’ve navigated through adversity, embraced innovation, and forged a path of progress. Let us honor our past, celebrate our achievements, and continue building a legacy of resilience and visionary leadership for many more years.
