KSU-DAGUPAN CAMPUS – April 14, 2025. Today’s Flag Raising Ceremony spotlighted third-year BS Social Work student Ms. Aira Shane M. Bannoya, who received a Certificate of Appreciation for her outstanding act of honesty. On April 4, 2025, Bannoya promptly returned a lost high-end phone to its owner, embodying the integrity the campus strives to instill in its community. Guard-on-Duty SG Lordan P. Ullibac facilitated the phone’s return by filing a Spot Report that same day.

Campus Administrator Mrs. Odette C. Pannogan commended Ms. Bannoya for her outstanding actions, highlighting that this is the second Certificate of Appreciation she has presented during the current academic year. She further assured that additional students demonstrating similar acts of integrity would soon be acknowledged as security personnel finalize their reports on recorded incidents. “Acts of honesty like Ms. Bannoya’s are inspiring a wave of integrity across our campus,” Pannogan added. “Students are increasingly motivated to do the right thing when opportunities arise.”
