In observance of National Clean-Up Day 2024, the non-teaching staff of Kalinga State University participated in a community clean-up drive on September 24, 2024. This initiative was spearheaded by the City Environment and Natural Resources Office in collaboration with the Tabuk City Local Government Unit, alongside various government and private agencies.

The designated areas for this activity included open dumps and litter along national, provincial, and barangay roads, as well as canals, esteros, creeks, and rivers. This effort underscores the university’s commitment to environmental stewardship and community engagement. //MJ Wacas-UIO
