December 2, 2024 – Kalinga State University, under the leadership of its President, Dr. Joy Grace P. Doctor, actively participated as a co-sponsor in the Inter-Agency Flag Raising Ceremony held at the Kalinga Astrodome, Capitol Hills, Bulanao, Tabuk City.

The event, which gathered representatives from various government offices and agencies, was co-sponsored by KSU in collaboration with the Office of the Provincial Engineer, the Office of the Provincial General Services Officer, the Philippine Statistics Authority, the Department of Education (DepEd) Kalinga Division Office, and the DepEd Tabuk City Division Office.

As part of its commitment in fostering collaboration and patriotism, KSU contributed significantly to the program’s success by organizing logistical support and ensuring a meaningful ceremony that emphasized unity among participating agencies. The ceremony included announcements from officials that highlighted the importance of inter-agency cooperation in addressing local and national challenges.

Dr. Doctor expressed gratitude for the opportunity to co-lead the activity, emphasizing KSU’s dedication to upholding civic responsibility and strengthening partnerships with government agencies for the betterment of the province.
