LOOK: Kalinga State University, led by University President Dr. Joy Grace P. Doctor, joined other academic leaders in celebrating the historic investiture of Dr. Edgar G. Cue as the first university president of Mountain Province State University (MPSU).

Held today at the MPSU campus, the investiture ceremony was graced by the presence of officials from the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) and presidents of various state universities and colleges (SUCs). Dr. Doctor, accompanied by some KSU officials, expressed the university’s solidarity and support for MPSU’s milestone under Dr. Cue’s leadership.
