Kalinga State University forges a Memorandum of Understanding with Universitas Swadaya Gunung Jati, Indonesia with the aim of establishing and developing a mutual collaboration in the fields of academic, research and community service between the two institutions.

Identified in the said MOU are collaborations on exchange of faculty members and research; exchange of undergraduate and graduate students; joint international conferences, seminars, workshops, research and publication; exchange of information, including library, academic journal for publications and materials for academic purposes and summer programs, internship and other mutual collaboration activities.

Along with University President Dr. Joy Grace P. Doctor, Dr. Perfelia R. Buen, Dr. Pinky Larcelle L. Gas-ib and Mrs. Ethel Jovy G. Wacas served as witnesses during the MOU signing.

MOU signing took place during the ASEAN Universities and Exhibition and Forum held at Grand Lagoon Ballroom, Sunway Resort Hotel, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia last February 24, 2025.
