Participating HEIs include Palawan State University, Western Philippines University, Batangas State University, University of Southeastern Philippines, Guimaras State University, Kalinga State University, Technological University of the Philippines and Occidental Mindoro State College.

This partnership aims to enhance academic and research cooperation, fostering a shared commitment to educational excellence and innovation.

The MOU signing was attended by KSU President, Dr. Eduardo T. Bagtang, Vice President for academics and Student Development, Dr. Marilou B. Adora and ODETEIL Director, Dr. Pinky Larcelle L. Gas-ib.

Following the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding, the presidents of the participating Higher Education Institutions conveyed their messages of commitment where President Eduardo T. Bagtang expressed his gratitude on behalf of KSU for being part of the consortium. “I assure that KSU will give this to its constituents in the province, ready to compete in the international arena because of this collaboration and memorandum of understanding.”. He emphasized.

This MOU signifies a strategic collaboration aimed at fostering academic exchanges, joint research initiatives, and the development of innovative educational programs. The collective expertise and resources of these institutions will undoubtedly contribute to the advancement of higher education and research in the country.
