July 29, 2024. In today’s flag raising ceremony, two non-teaching employees were awarded with certificate of recognition from the Program on Awards and Incentives for Service Excellence (PRAISE) chaired by the Vice President for Administration and Finance, Dr. Joy Grace P. Doctor.

Ms. Ruth Bumosao Saga-oc was commended for her integrity in promptly returning an android phone belonging to a student. Similarly, Mr. William Olinon was recognized for his honesty and diligence in recovering a lost wallet containing cash and ATM cards belonging to Mr. Samson Paycuan. Both actions exemplify the university’s core value of promoting a strong sense of service orientation and commitment.
