April 10, 2025. KSU’s Core Faculty of Bachelor of Science in Information Technology (BSIT) under the College of Engineering and Information Technology (CEIT) intensified their effort in their research & extension projects through their conduct of Impact assessment to their selected recipients coming from Tabuk National High School, Bantay Extension Teachers and Pinukpuk Vocational School Teachers and staff.

In collaboration with the Isabela State University, Roxas Campus esteemed extensionists and researchers headed by Dr. Janet P. Cunanan, together with the BSIT Core Faculty and College Dean, Dr. Ronald U. Wacas, the team went to visit Pinukpuk Vocational School in Taga, Pinukpuk to conduct Impact Assessment and evaluation to various teachers and staff who was a beneficiary of the BSIT’s Capability building in Information and Communication Technology training initiated way back October 24-26, 2017. Consecutively, the same Impact Assessment and evaluation was conducted at the CEIT accreditation room, KSU Bulanao Campus to the teachers from Tabuk National High School, Bantay Extension who also had the same training last November 2-4, 2017.

They were motivated to do so after hearing appreciative responses and positive outcomes from the testimonies of the extension project recipients.

This endeavor is among the concrete efforts of the university’s Faculty and staff to continuously strengthen the university’s implementation of extension projects rooted in each research idea.
