The program, KUMUSTA KA KALINGA: “Celebrating the Development Milestones of the Province After 30 Years,” carried the theme “Kalinga Ad Karabyan, Sinsana San Lumin-awaan Nas Fikat.”

It was attended by various line agency heads, barangay officials, uniformed personnel, and the province’s officialdom.

The event highlighted the 30th Kalinga Founding Anniversary and the 6th Bodong Festival, featuring presentations from the provincial governor and the lone district congressman on Kalinga’s development journey over the past three decades. Additionally, the Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG), led by Provincial Director Anthony Manolo Ballug, recognized the province’s outstanding performing barangays.

Kalinga State University chaired the organizing committee for the event.
