On December 23, 2024, Mr. Benjamin Encartado Jr. officially assumed the role of President of the Kalinga State University Federated Alumni Association, Inc., during an oath-taking ceremony held at the Office of the University President, Dr. Joy Grace P. Doctor.

The event was graced by the former Alumni Regent member Atty. Maria Linda G. Gavino, MD, University Alumni Coordinator Lou Marshal M. Banggawan, and Mr. John Henry B. Tampoy.

In her message, Dr. Doctor emphasized the vital role of the alumni in advancing the university’s mission. “The alumni are a crucial partner of the institution, and we look forward to fostering a productive and collaborative relationship under your leadership,” she added.

Mr. Encartado’s appointment paves the way in strengthening the engagement between the alumni community and Kalinga State University.
