In a show of solidarity with the 124th Civil Service Anniversary celebration, Kalinga State University (KSU) employees, led by University President Dr. Eduardo T. Bagtang, participated in the province-wide launching event held at the Kalinga Sports Center today.

The event commenced with a ceremonial motorcade, which began at the rotary marker heading to the Kalinga Sports Center and was attended by various line agencies across the province, including representatives from the Department of Education and Kalinga State University, which represented the higher education institutions in the province.

Civil Service Commission Chairman, Atty. Karlo A. B. Nograles, underscored the importance of cultivating regionally competent workers and encouraged active participation in all civil service activities. “With unity, we will be able to achieve our goals in the civil service,” he remarked. / MJ WACAS-UIO
