University President, Dr. Joy Grace P. Doctor, officiated the oath-taking ceremony for newly promoted faculty and staff on March 28, 2025, at the President’s Office.

Among those recognized for their career advancements was Mrs. Frances Ann A. Barcellano, who was promoted to Librarian III through the KSU Merit Selection Plan for non-teaching staff.

Additionally, three faculty members—Mrs. Daisy Mamaril, Mr. Jay France Taclawan, and Mr. Roy Cesar earned promotions to Assistant Professor III through the university’s Institutional Promotions program.

Dr. Doctor commended the promotees for their dedication and contributions to KSU’s academic and administrative excellence. She encouraged them to continue upholding the university’s mission of providing quality education and service.
