Three outstanding students from Kalinga State University showcased their talent and innovation on the international stage at the ASEAN Future Innovators Challenge and the Young Speaker Contest, earning prestigious awards and recognition for the university.

Dan Dale Basiag Pacas emerged in the ASEAN Future Innovators Challenge held at Universiti Malaya, demonstrating exceptional ingenuity and problem-solving skills. Meanwhile, Fortlamy Apil Talledo in the Asian Future Innovators Challenge hosted by Universiti Putra Malaysia, highlighting his ability to think outside the box and deliver creative solutions.

Ronald B. Agbayani made it to the Young Speaker Contest, a distinguished competition under the ASEAN Student Mobility Program. His performance reflected his eloquence, critical thinking, and ability to engage an international audience.

All three students advanced to the ASEAN Universities Exhibition and Forum 2025, held at Sunway Lagoon Hotel and Resort, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, where they further demonstrated their excellence in innovation and academic pursuits.

Their achievements were made possible through the mentorship and guidance of Mrs. Ethel Jovy G. Wacas, who played a crucial role in coaching and preparing them for these highly competitive events.
