The newly elected officers of the Kalinga State University Employees Association (KSUEA) formally took their oath of office today, March 7, 2025, at the Office of the University President. They will serve a two-year term, upholding the association’s mission of advocating employees’ welfare and fostering a collaborative work environment.
University President Dr. Joy Grace P. Doctor, in her message, emphasized the importance of service-oriented leadership, urging the new officers to uphold the association’s policies while maintaining strong and positive relationships among its members.
In an interview, newly elected KSUEA President Dr. Jessie Grace Sannadan shared her administration’s priorities in her first 100 days, which include ensuring compliance with Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) requirements, renewing Collective Negotiations Agreement (CNA), revisiting the association’s Constitution and By-Laws (CBL), implementing provisions of the Collective Negotiation Agreement (CNA), and conducting an inventory of KSUEA members.
The newly installed officers reaffirmed their dedication to advancing the interests of the university’s employees and strengthening the association’s role in institutional development.
