On September 5, 2024, Kalinga State University President Dr. Eduardo T. Bagtang visited the Rizal Campus as part of his regular efforts to ensure the campus’s needs are adequately addressed. Accompanying the president was Mr. Reymar Pan-oy, head of the ICT office, who conducted a thorough assessment of the campus’s internet connectivity. The Crisis Management Committee and Health Services team headed by Dra. Maria Linda Gavino, also performed a routine inspection, focusing on campus sanitation and safety measures. Additionally, the University Information Office, headed by Mary June Wacas ensured that all university programs and activities were effectively communicated and disseminated.

The visit coincided with a family day for Rizal Campus faculty and staff headed by the Campus Administrator, Dr, Ehrol Bayed, providing an opportunity for them to bond and engage with the university president in a more relaxed setting. This initiative strengthens camaraderie and fosters a supportive environment within the Kalinga State University community.
